LOCAL AND/OR ORGANIC
We aim to supply food grown within a 40 mile radius of Saffron Walden. Most of our local food is also organic. If we can't source it locally, we will use organically certified suppliers.
SEASONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED
Our fruit and vegetables are seasonal - 'just picked' means our fresh produce is full of flavour. Price comparisons with local supermarkets show our produce is nearly always cheaper than their equivalent.

Our local suppliers are trying to roll back the spread of huge one crop prairies.
